Can Cover Good
I haven't used the cover yet, Surly it will do as advertised. No instructions, no visual video for basic info. Most comments are positive, a few burned up. For what purpose this heat shield provides is good, I would buy again.

Attached to AAC M4-2000
Impressed with the initial quality. First visit to the range I shot 50 rounds (within 10 minutes or so) with no mirage issues. Heat was well contained, able to disconnect w/o heat transferring through the cover.

Solid choice
The overall construction is solid, like all Cole-Tac products I've owned. It fits on both my OSS .30 cal can and my Dead Air Sandman-S. My two main complaints are that it tends to slip forward when shooting on my OSS can (I didn't shoot it enough on my sandman to see if it does the same). My second issue is that the hook and loop used to secure the outer layer, melted. It melted after being on my OSS, having put about 200-250 rounds through it over an hour of shooting (Using 5.56x45 M193 in a 11.3" barrel). Overall I would recommend this, but probably for something that has a slower firing schedule
