What is the MAGLULA LTD. - Striplula?

Thumb-saving, lightweight magazine loader provides fast, painless, 20-round magazine loading in less than 8 seconds. Accepts 10-round stripper clips or loose rounds for easy loading of 20-round magazines, and is capable of unloading a 20-round magazine in 10 seconds. Ambidextrous, grooved thumb slide provides a non-slip grip for right- or left-hand loading. Constructed of durable, reinforced polymer for dependable operation under extreme field conditions. Designed to load factory Ruger® .223 Mini-14® magazines.


SPECS: Polymer, black. 5-3?8" (13.6cm) long, 1-1?8" (2.8cm) wide, 1ј” (3.2cm) high. 1.2 oz. (34g) weight. Accepts 10-round stripper clips or loose rounds. Fits factory Ruger® .223 Mini-14® magazines. May fit some aftermarket magazines.

Great tool
Works great with loose rounds, haven't tried stripper clips, had those in Viet Nam. Very easy load of 30 round also. Make sure everything is lined up, pushes right in, easy!

Works best w/o Stripper Clips
The trick to this loader is don't use the std. mil stripper clips. Loading the rounds into the Striplula directly works best. Saves your thumbs. The clips offer a lot of resistance.

Not great like their dual stack loader
This is flimsy. Trying to push 556 ammo into my Ruger Mini-14 mags, the first 10 rounds go in alright. The loader doesn’t work as the mag spring gets tenser though. The rounds get so jumbled up that it is impossible to get them into the mag. Fortunately, hand loading these mags isn’t too bad. I won’t buy any more loaders from this manufacturer.

Mini 14 Loader
The loader is cumbersome to use, it is a different type from the AR type loader and is not designed well. A better design needs to be had. Alignment is the key to use this loader, save your money.
