Works Okay, I recommend ShadowTech Over this One
I think this is still a good product even though after using it I ended up liking the shadow tech cradle better, so I returned it. my only difference is one is metal the other one is polymer and I'm pretty heavy-handed and I tend to break stuff so I ended up going with the saddle by ShadowTech which I am really, really, happy with. I will say if you're trying to shave weight then the polymer might be better but I have a heavy tripod and a heavy saddle being made of metal didn't bother me so it could be a little bit of preference over function you'll have to make that call for yourself.
