Great book. I have volume two. With having both books just about anything you want to know about the 1911 from cleaning, disassembling, repairing or deciding what modifications you may want to try. Nothing but good stuff.

Great Book 1911 Fans

This book was great to buy for 1911 gunsmiths and collector. It shows a detail picture of the breakdown of the 1911 through each mechanism. It gives illustration of vintage 1911 to the modern 1911 today with 70 to 80 series mechanics and gives nice clear pictures of 1911 as a photo album, I reccomend this book to anyone that enjoy a historic firearm.This would be volume one so I can only imagine how volume two is. Walt Kuleck has other books such as the complete AR-15 if rifle are your favorite which is great.

If you have an M1911 get this book!

The book is the best 1911 owners guide I have read. If you own a 1911 and want to clean, maintain, upgrade or shoot it this book will save you heartache and money. The photos are super and explain things that you probably will not find anywhere else. Every 1911 sold should have one of these books to go along with it.

Can't wait to see Assembley Guide

Realy loved this book I can not wait to see the assembley guide. I have been waiting for a referance Like Dr Kuleck's ar-15 Assembly guide. for years.
