What is the SINCLAIR INTERNATIONAL - F-Class Bipod Sling Swivel Mount, Non-Elevation Knob?

The Sinclair F-Class Bipod was designed with input from many of our customers across the country, including members of Team Sinclair - who’ve won the F-Class National Championships. The 3rd Generation Bipod is manufactured from 7075-T6 aluminum, making it lighter and more rigid - nearly a full pound less than the previous generation (26 oz.). The Sinclair F-Class Bipod’s adjustable legs include new laser etched graduations so the shooter may easily return to a favorite setting.

Other mounting and adjustment features which our customers prefer, have stayed exactly the same as previous generations. The bipod locking feature enables you to adjust and lock changes for rifle cant quickly and easily. Firearms mount to the Sinclair F-Class Bipod in just a few seconds by utilizing their sling swivel stud with the captured, hardened pin mounting system. Once attached, just tighten the two tensioning knobs which pulls the stock against heavy, low compression felt pads for a movement-free mount. Target rifles with a rail may be mounted using one of our sling stud adapters (749-001-388). AR-15 rifles will benefit from our Picatinny QD Adapter (749-013-922).

The Sinclair F-Class Bipod is used by shooters in F-Class Competition, varmint hunting, load testing, tactical shooting, sighting in rifles, and more. It provides an extremely strong, stable, and comfortable platform for nearly any rifle.

Attachment Method
40%
Some reviewers point out the attachment method as a weak point, specifically mentioning a preference for a rail system for easier and more secure mounting. This inconvenience could impact the user experience for some buyers.
Height Adjustment

Great bipod for benchrest shooting
This is a fantastically stable platform to shoot from. The version with the elevation adjustment is worth the extra money though.

Sinclair bipod
I am extremely happy with this bipod. I have watched friends and fellow shooters use these for a few years now and finally bit the bullet and purchased one. I feel it is more stable than the folding style bipods and or front bag setups.

Great for bench shooting
I shoot off a bench at a range, I do not like bipods like Harris (too heavy). I am now shooting 1/2" to 3/4" moa, just love it. It is not easy to adjust the height on the legs, but once set no need to reset.
5
Great for load development!
I've used this bipod for years in F class competition and load development on any of my rifles with a sling stud! I prefer this over a front rest because of the wide stance, and because it's useful for more than just shooting off a bench. I like it for what it is. It is NOT a hunting bipod. It is a bipod that is only good for laying in the same spot (or on a bench) and shooting there all day. It is not good for "on the fly" adjustments like one might need to make in the field, or in a PRS style match. If you're in the market for a front rest for load development or shooting off a bench, get this have have 1 tool that can do multiple jobs, and probably do them better considering how stable it is with it's wide stance.

Stable Rest
I got this unit for. 22rl. Competition. It works well to stabilize the rifle front. Easy to use and glad i got it. Well made Only thing is the way it attaches. Wish it could be done with a rail system. It is hard to really tighten down
