biopolymer materials used in all of its wads and hulls.

■ This biopolymer material does not generate synthetic residues, toxic materials

nor micro-plastics.

■ Micro-organisms which are abundantly present in nature (bacteria, fungi and algae

that are particularly active in subsoil, in landfill or under composting conditions)

feed on the wads and hulls from the BIOAMMO shotshell, converting them

back into natural biomass and thereby fertilizing the soil.

■ BIOAMMO’s 100% compostable Game wads are colored brown to minimize

visual contamination and will sink in water.

■ The metallic base is made from a environmentally friendly alloy naturally

designed to naturally decompose.

■ BIOAMMO’s wads and hulls are also the only patented, non-petrochemical and

sustainable biopolymer solution to have received their respective OK Compost

HOME and INDUSTRIAL certificates.

RENEWABLE RAW MATERIAL BIO-POLYMERS

Biopolymers are produced from natural sources, including renewables such as

vegetables, where long sugar or starch chains are extracted from the raw materials.

Biopolymers can also be sustainably bio-synthesized by living organisms or

chemically synthesized from biological materials.

Continued R&D has enabled BIOAMMO’s unique biopolymer formulations to be

significantly improved. This includes increasing the elasticity of the materials so that

they can perform well in environmentally challenging conditions.
