AR-15 O2 LITE FREE FLOAT FOREND MLOK Reviews & Ratings
Great piece
I've had this handguard for a while. It's strong for me. I've used it in many ways, from beating it in the brush, to bench rest to, and am looking forward to using it on the range of a 3 gun and possibly PRS.
Does not fit Joe Bobs side charger
Good looking mlok handguard advertised as "fitting all forged and most billet uppers". It definitely will not work on a Joe Bobs side charge upper with LRBHO.
Weak, but light
I crushed the handguard by squeezing it with one hand. It's about as sturdy as an open coke can. Durability, forget about it. I ended up buying a different Odin Works handguard and am quite happy with my choice. If you are willing to sacrifice durability and are building something light that won't see any field use it may be for you. Personally, I'm not going to pay a lot of money for sketchy equipment. A plastic stick is sturdier & light(er) but typically isn't free-floating.
