Good G.P. flash hider
Used this on a KAK 10.5" 9mm barrel. Didn't want anything fancy or expensive. It is being used on a takedown pistol build, so it will probably get beat up a bit. It took quite a bit of torque to get it timed correctly but it wasn't a deal breaker. All in all, it is a good general purpose birdcage flash hider.
Crush Washer not included.
Threads are clean and smooth, machining looks good. The is a great economical muzzle device for 9mm 1/2-36 barrels. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is, the description does not mention any washer or compatibility of needed washer. Most muzzle devices ship with a washer and if not, explicitly state so. I didn't really think about it until it arrived and I noticed there was not a washer. Looks like a 7/8" outside diameter and 9/16" inside diameter....approximately... Would be nice if Brownells updated description with information about the required washer that needs to be purchased separately.
