Its lightweight aluminum legs have three sections that allow it to collapse into a compact form factor. Each leg is outfitted with rapid-adjustment lever locks for fast and easy setup and can adjust from just 18"", for those who prefer shooting from a seated position on the ground, up to 68"" tall to accommodate those who want to shoot kneeling or standing. All three upper leg sections have high-density foam grips for comfortable handling, and each leg is outfitted with the All-Terrain Footing System. This system uses rubber feet to absorb shock and vibration as well as deliver non-slip performance on smooth and wet surfaces. For especially slippery situations, like shooting on ice or in freezing rain, the rubber feet twist up to reveal a steel tip that provides enhanced traction when stability matters most. An included Universal Shooting Rest swivels 360° for maximum field of fire coverage and has a supple yet durable rubber padding that prevents slippage or damage to the firearm stock. A retention strap is also provided to hold the legs together when the tripod is collapsed for easier and safer carrying in the field and through the bush.
