Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection provides coverage for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. The cost is based on the value of your order.
With Shipping Protection:
- Lost packages are replaced without waiting for a carrier trace investigation.
- Damaged shipments are covered; photos and supporting documentation may be required.
- Stolen packages (packages marked delivered but not received) may be eligible for replacement after verification.
Approved claims are resolved through replacement of the item(s) purchased. Shipping Protection is non-refundable and does not provide cash refunds. If a replacement item is unavailable, a Brownells Gift Card will be issued for the value of the merchandise.
Replacement orders issued for Delivered but Not Received claims are considered final sale and may only be replaced if received damaged or defective.
Brownells reserves the right to investigate and deny fraudulent, abusive, or unsupported claims and may restrict future Shipping Protection eligibility based on claim history.

To File a Claim:
- Provide order information and details of your claim to Brownells by calling 800-741-0015 or filling out this Shipping Claim Form.
- If damaged, your order will be replaced immediately.
- If lost in transit, your order will be replaced or refunded once the expected delivery period is met.
- If the carrier shows delivered, your order will be replaced.
