Extra power extractor and ejector springs are nice to have and easy to install. Extra power recoil spring is only for rifles with gas system parts that are not worn out or short stroking will occur. Recoil spring is long but does install with some effort. Extra power hammer spring is almost impossible to install, but does decrease lock time. Hammer spring is actually so powerful I am afraid to dry fire without damaging the firing pin.

I had a failed ejector and extractor spring on my garand. I bought this kit to replace both with an "upgraded" one. Everyone swears not to run the recoil spring and hammer spring from this kit so I figured i would just use the extractor and ejector springs. The ejector spring was longer as expected however it was also wider and could not go all the way in the hole unless the hole was redrilled. This is a massive measurement to overlook, whether it was just a bad batch or not, a deviation in dimensions by that much points to terrible manufacturing quality control. The extractor spring bend in plastic deformation while trying to fit the extractor on.

I ordered and installed the spring kit and to my surprise the recoil spring was too long for the weapon. It would seem to me as if it were a quality control issue on behalf of the manufacturer.
