Brownells pairs the Daniel Defense Stripped Mk18 Upper Receiver with the proven LAW Tactical Folding Stock Adapter for a compact, high-performance setup. Daniel Defense uppers are known for quality, with each one hand-assembled, test-fired, and QA-checked. This mil-spec upper features indexing marks, M4 feed ramps, and is CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with a type III hardcoat anodized finish. The 10.3" chrome-lined barrel is cold hammer forged from chrome-moly vanadium steel with a 1:7 twist and government profile. The included RIS III MK18 handguard builds on a legacy of the most robust rail available. A 4140 steel, phosphate-coated low-profile gas block and carbine-length direct impingement gas system complete the package.

These uppers have been test-fired at the factory—some signs of use may be visible.
