TYRANT CNC TWS365 CONVERSION SYSTEM SIG SAUER P365 TO PDW
The Tyrant Weapon System 365 (TWS365) converts your Sig Sauer P365 into a compact, modular PDW. Featuring a spring-loaded folding brace, removable blast shield, and dual-magazine system, the TWS365 delivers unmatched versatility and control in a lightweight chassis all while carrying 42+1 rounds of ammunition.
One year ago, Tyrant’s engineering team began a need-to-know only project code-named TWS365. The mission: design the smallest, most versatile PDW/PCC chassis ever created for the Sig Sauer P365 platform. It had to be lightweight yet durable, adaptable yet simple, and built to rival the ruggedness of legendary PDWs like the MP5 — without sacrificing concealability or cost-effectiveness.
The result is the Tyrant Weapon System 365 (TWS365), a purpose-built chassis that transforms your P365 into a compact PDW weapon system. It is the single most ambitious project their team has ever undertaken — a fusion of aerospace-inspired engineering, modern ergonomics, and battle-ready durability.
ENGINEERED WITH PURPOSE
- Every component of the TWS365 was designed to be modular, serviceable, and intuitive to use. By blending polymer for ergonomics and aluminum for strength, they created a system that balances weight savings with unmatched rigidity — built to last a lifetime of hard use.
- Removable Aluminum Blast Shield with Bottom Picatinny – Controls muzzle blast and provides accessory space for lights, lasers, or more.
- Spring-Loaded Side-Folding Brace (Patent Pending) – Self-actuated and precision-milled from aluminum, it deploys instantly with rear button actuation and folds flush when stowed. The brace can be activated by depressing the rear-mounted lever with your thumb or the top of the hand when grabbing the TWS.
- Removable Magazine Holder with Ambidextrous Release – Dual-magazine system allows faster reloads with AR-15 style controls. Designed for primary-hand operation: thumb for the pistol grip mag, index finger for the magazine holder release, or both for a dual drop. Carry's 2 XMacro/Fuse magazines for a total of 42+1 rounds of ammunition on system.
- Rear-Mounted Picatinny Rail – Ready for the brace or future expansions.
- Hybrid Chassis Construction (Patent Pending) – Aluminum receiver for strength, polymer grip and magazine holder for comfort and weight reduction.
- Tool Steel & Stainless Components – Self-captured pins, annealed springs, and interlocking geometry ensure reliability and endurance under extreme use.
DESIGNED FOR THE MODERN OPERATOR
- The TWS365 was engineered for control, speed, and adaptability:
- Optimized ergonomics allow operators to manipulate the system entirely with their primary hand — from brace deployment to magazine changes.
- Brace geometry ensures a natural line of sight with a red dot optic, eliminating awkward craning.
- Barrel compatibility from 3.1" to 6" — runs compensated, suppressed, or standard.
- Serviceable by design, with familiar AR-style controls and fail-safe mating geometry between polymer and aluminum.
- Industry feedback and aerospace fastening techniques influenced every step of design, making the TWS365 purpose-built for today’s defense-minded shooter.
