Rifle Warranty
Who and what is covered by this warranty and for how long?
Brownells, Inc. ("Brownells") warrants the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of a new Brownells manufactured firearm. Brownells manufactured firearms are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Finish imperfections resulting from manufacturing or assembly will be covered for a period of 60 days from original purchase.
Brownells, in its sole discretion, shall repair or replace the firearm without charge and within a reasonable time following notification and delivery of the firearm. The Purchaser must submit a valid warranty claim in accordance with the instructions provided below.
What is not covered by this warranty?
We will not cover damage of your firearm caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Customer adjustments, alterations, or modifications to firearm
- Accidents, abuse or misuse
- Failure to provide proper care and maintenance
- Barrel obstruction
- Hand loaded, reloaded or improper ammunition
How do I submit a claim?
Contact Brownells at 1-800-741-0015 to make a claim and to arrange returning the firearm to us. For valid warranty claims, we will repair the defect(s) or replace the firearm at no cost to you. If Brownells opts to replace the firearm, Brownells will keep the firearm that it replaces. The Purchaser’s remedies under this warranty are limited to repair or replacement of the firearm. Brownells will not provide cash, credit, or refund.
