Celebrate Freedom: 2017 National Rifle Association Annual Meetings
The framers of the Constitution of the United States couldn't have imagined eighty-thousand gun-loving Americans gathered under one roof for the sole purpose of commemorating a 200-year-old document.
But to gun owners across the "fruited plain," the Bill of Rights, its Preamble and the twenty-seven words that comprise the Second Amendment have come to represent freedom.
Drafted to protect individual liberties the Bill of Rights serves as an anchor in the rising tide of government overreach and progressive agendas.
While some disdain the aging parchment and claim it to be archaic, the attendees of the NRA Annual Meetings know the Second Amendment is a fundamental extension of the belief, "… that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights …"
And the National Rifle Association is intent on protecting those rights.
The Celebration Continues
Celebrating democracy and the right to self-defense, the National Rifle Association 146th Annual Meeting will commence on April 27-30, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
Featuring over 800 exhibitors displaying firearms and firearms related accessories, attendees will get a glimpse of the latest in industry innovation. If you're not able to attend, we'll bring you highlights from the show on our NRA Annual Meeting page.
Highlights of the NRA Annual Meetings include a Saturday night concert by none other than Hank Williams Jr. joined by guest Lee Brice, and a Sunday morning National Prayer Breakfast with Col. Allen West as the keynote speaker. And all three days are packed with informative seminars and celebrity appearances you won't want to miss.
What's Happening in the Brownells Booth?
Brownells invites you to join in the festivities and swing by booth #1713, near the front entrance. Starting at 10am on April 28th Brownells will be presenting giveaways, hosting celebrity appearances and providing practical tips on accessorizing your favorite firearm.
We believe sowing seeds of freedom downrange is a good thing, so to help you get the most out of your favorite firearm our experts will be presenting daily how-tos. Whether you're wanting to customize your Glock or AR you'll have a chance to learn how.
Meet Lou Ferrigno, the "FedEx Guy" and More
Stop by to meet Lou Ferrigno and lay eyes on his hulking-awesome "Big Green Dream Gun." You'll also be given a chance to win the right to bear this incredible arm, and it's even signed by Lou.
Remember the "FedEx Guy" from Iowa who had the guts to stand against protesters who were desecrating and burning an American flag? Now's your chance to meet a real-life superhero and thank him for his patriotism.
Not only will you have the opportunity to meet two guys you never want to make angry, but a host of other well-known, gun loving Americans as well.
