Whipple’s role as e-commerce manager will include the oversight and on-going development of Brownells.com and other related sites. Brownells.com is also a resource on general firearms information and gunsmithing techniques, as well as schematics from twenty-two major firearm manufacturers.

With a degree in marketing and electronic business from Iowa State University, Whipple has more than seven years experience in e-commerce. A Sidney, Iowa, native and former store developer for NetShops.com, he worked with the research and development of new, specialty retail sites as well as content and special project management.
