Using My Online Account Questions

What does the status of my order mean?

Each item in your order will have one of these types of status:

ORDER PENDING – Your online order has been received and is in the process of being placed into our main ordering system.

ORDER IN PROCESS – Order is in the process of being picked, packaged and ready for shipment.

ORDER SHIPPED – Your order has been shipped and you should be receiving tracking information via email.

ORDER RECEIVED – ITEMS ON BACKORDER – Your order contains items currently out of stock and placed on backorder. Your items will be shipped as soon as we receive enough from our suppliers to fulfill the order.

ORDER ON HOLD – Order being held for further review. Common reasons for an order being held could be that it contains restricted or regulated items. It could also be an international order or awaiting alternative payment methods. If your order is on hold and you aren’t sure why, please contact our customer service at 1-800-741-0015 for more information.

SPECIAL ORDER – AWAITING MERCHANDISE – You have requested an item that we have special ordered from our supplier and we are waiting for delivery of the items.

ORDER CANCELLED OR UNABLE TO FULFILL – Your order has been cancelled. Please contact customer support at 1-800-741-0015 if you have questions regarding this status.

Please Note: Status information is updated daily. Backordered items may be sent in multiple shipments - you will not be charged for additional shipping costs.


How do I find what I ordered in the past?

If you have an account, just log in using your Username and Password. Next click on the Account link and then the Order History tab. You can view up to an entire year's worth of orders (telephone and web). If you are not a registered user, click here to sign up.


I don't know my Order Number. Is there a way I can go back and find it?

If you are a registered user, log into your account and click on the Account link and then the Order History tab. There you can view up to an entire year's worth of orders (includes both web and phone orders). Your Order Number is in the left-hand column. If you are not a registered user, you can click here to begin the process.


How do I change the personal information on My Account?

After logging in, go to the Account link. There you can update your Login info or Personal Info.


Is there a way to see my outstanding backorders on the web?

Yes. Once you are logged in, click on the Account link, then click on the Order History tab. Your orders will be listed there and order numbers ending in .01, .02, etc are backorders.
