Description

Underwood Ammo brings you the state-of-the art Controlled Chaos round for your .224 Valkyrie. Their Controlled Chaos technology penetrates to a specific depth and fractures as the internal hydraulic pressure inside the target exceeds the hoop strength of the nose design. At that moment, a huge spike of energy is released as the bullet explodes into pieces, radiating outward from the bullet’s initial flight path. Underwood Ammo’s Controlled Chaos technology is similar to their Controlled Fracturing technology, however the fractured pieces are smaller and the depth of penetration of the pieces is less, but the initial transfer of energy is greater.
