In a previous video, Fred from Spiritus Systems showed us how to set up a basic chest rig with Spiritus components. Today he joins Caleb again to talk about adding more gear. But first an important question: Do we expand the chest rig or step up to a plate carrier? It depends on what you're doing, says Fred. Some situations and training courses require one or the other. In other scenarios, you could use either one. The good news is Spiritus attachments are designed as modular components of a wholistic system. If you choose to upgrade your chest rig and then later decide you need a plate carrier, ALL your Spiritus accessories will transfer to the new rig!
