Replacement 16" carbine barrel comes with low-profile gas block and gas tube—everything you need to convert your rifle to the popular 300 AAC Blackout cartridge. Features 1-7" twist rifling, so it’s optimized for both sub- and super-sonic rounds. Hard Black Nitride finish, including bore and chamber, gives superior resistance to heat and corrosion. Muzzle is threaded 5⁄8"-24 to accept .308 comps and flash hiders. Carbine-length gas system includes roll pin and set screws that index into set-screw divots on the barrel for solid installation. Comes with barrel extension installed; M4-type feed ramps. Requires standard AR-15 barrel nut. Gunsmith installation recommended.
