Neat, Easily filled Out, Easily Filed Form Organizes Your Repairs
Two choices of gunsmith-designed forms for recording incoming repairs and tracking them through the billing process. Both styles have plenty of room to note requested repairs, work performed, and special notes by the gunsmith. Also includes space for gun and owner info and check-off blocks for items left with the gun (sling, lens covers, scope, etc.). Modern impression paper makes a duplicate copy without the mess of carbon paper. Plenty of room at the top to print or stamp your store or shop logo.
2-PART FORM - 2-part form has one copy for your customer and one that stays with the gun for your records. Blank space for the job number allows you to use this form with the Brownells Gunsmith Claim Checks. Simply record the number provided on the claim check in the blank spot on this form. Standard, 8½" x 11" size.
3-PART FORM - All-in-one, 3-part form includes has one copy for your customer, one for your bookkeeper, and one to stay with the gun. Each form is consecutively numbered for easy job tracking. Compact 5½" x 91⁄8" size, and punched to fit a 2-ring clipboard with standard 2¾" hole spacing.
