Heat Treat Safely Without Scale
Saves hours of polishing, grinding, shaping - parts can be made to
exact dimensions before heat treating without fear of dimension
change from scaling, pitting, decarb loss. Extremely simple to use -
for both hardening or annealing. Heat the work piece to about
500° F., coat with the dry compound powder, finish heating to
temperature, and quench/cool as required. Parts come clean in
boiling water.
