I am looking for some .22LR dummy cartridges. Could you please describe these cartridges?

The dummy .22LR, #367-022-002, is an action-proving dummy. They are constructed on the same machinery as loaded ammo but have no powder or primer compound. They are black in color to differentiate them from loaded rounds.
