The purpose of this position is to help in the kits, receiving, and stocking areas in our warehouse. Ensure available supplies of product sold as assembly kits are available to meet customer demands. Also, to ensure that accurate quantities of the correct product are received and entered into inventory and accurately placed in designated areas throughout the fulfillment area in an efficient and safe manner.
Kits:
-Assembles and packages items from bulk quantities to designated product assembly quantities
-Labels packages
-Picks parts for kitting area
Receiving:
-Verifies receipt of ordered items by comparing packing list to product received
-Verifies quality and quantity of product
-Logs discrepancies and passes information to Purchasing for correction
-Enters product received into inventory system
-Reponsible for housekeeping in the receiving area
-Use Fork Truck to move incoming products from one location to another
Stocking:
-Using correct scanners, places received product in designated areas
-Checks condition of product to ensure quality
-Keys new and second locations for product into the computer and moves product accordingly
-Fill work order requirements for fulfillment area
