Our Customer Service FAQ Section is a fast and convenient way for
you to get answers.
Category Search
To get to the FAQs, just use the FAQ Pull Down Menu and select
the category that you feel is most related to your question. Once
you’ve done so, click Go. This will bring up a group of
questions related to the category you selected. If you find what
you’re looking for, click on the three underlined periods
... that follow each question to see the answer.
Keyword Search
You can also do a keyword search through the FAQs for your
question. You have the choice to search for a keyword within a
category or to search for a keyword throughout all of the
categories. If you want to search for a keyword within a particular
category, make sure that category is selected on the FAQ Pull
Down Menu, type in your keyword, and then click on Go. To search
through all of the categories for a keyword, make sure the FAQ
Pull Down Menu says Filter By Category. Next, type the topic into
the keyword search field, and then click Go. If you find what
you’re looking for, click on the three underlined periods
... that follow each question.
