This was my first upgrade for my 1911. It look great and feels better than the original trigger. The trigger is longer than the original which is great since i have large hands. My finger is out where it should be on the trigger now. The grip on the trigger grips better too. It drops in with no problems at all. I would recommend finding an allen wrench that fits the stop screw before installing and loosen it some. The trigger pull feels hard if it is too tight. I gave this part a 4 because i thought it was going to have a polished look. It still looks polished from a distance though.Note for a budget: If you are having problems looking for suitable sights to replace the military style sights, I bought some glow in the dark 3d white paint at [...] to make 3dot sights out of the military sights and it actually works great. I was having trouble focusing on the front sight post and now i see it perfectly!

I purchased this trigger to replace the stock plastic one in my STI Range Master that in my opinion looked very cheap.

The trigger has improved the look and quality of the pistol, which was my aim with marginal difference or improvement to the action of the gun, which was very good to begin with anyway.

Installation is no problem for an experienced person familiar with the workings and correct operation of their handgun, as the pistol must be stripped down to almost a bear frame to install you should have a good knowledge of how to completely disassemble and reassemble and then check for safe and correct operation.

only problem after installation was the trigger bow must have been slightly deformed in transit as it was causing issues with insertion and ejection of magazines slight tweaking of the parallel sides of the bow fixed the issue.

installation time 35 minutes including safety checks tweaking and then final reassembly

highly recommended to everyone
