I have lots of shot guns, But this stock makes it so comfortable. That it made my model 88 shot gun feel better in hand on shoulder forearm grip,cycling the rounds and firing a box of ammo I think its A great design.A friend drove up and said what a new shot gun. I reply'ed yes. I said
Try it out. Now this guy is around 5'11" I'm 5'2.5" he tells me is this adjustable.I say yep he shoots' looks at me and say wow? I say yep best purchase I ever made.Then he ask's me. what are you going to do with Mavrick 88. your holding it.I say to him. I replace the stock and forearm. He reply man this shot gun is great .I say it's the guy or girl!!Behined the weapon. WE both laugh.

It's fun to shoot my shotgun again. This stock makes it easy to shoot, control and stay on target. It dramatically reduces felt recoil in either hand or shoulder firing as well as reducing overall size. The adjustable stock allows for a customized LOP. It's a great aid in teaching new shotgunners due to improved grip and recoil reduction. It can literally be used for all of the shooting sports. I especially like it for tactical/home defense due to its compact size.

My only drawback is that it's not offered with the saddle and cartridge holder as a Combo.

Granted, I have not shot my 590 with this stock attached yet. However, it just FEELS so much better in my hands and on my shoulder. Plus now it shoulders correctly when I wear body armor. The 590 I own has the factory high mounted ghost ring, even so, I only needed the "low" cheekrest of the powerpack. The only downside was the kit did not come with the required alen wrench, but it just gave me an excuse to go out and buy more tools. I can't wait to go shoot my 590 now!

This stock truly reduces recoil, it was so amazing the difference was like night & day or the best way to say it "It was like shooting a 22" there were 10 of us shooting that day all avid hunters & we all agreed that this is one of the greatest advancements in shooting history & after 200 rounds nobody was complaining of shooters shoulder!

I use this on my lightweight 535 pump and it works excellent. I purchased some lightfield commander 3 1/2" slugs to test this stock, these slugs are very brutal and have a nasty kick. But this stock soaks up the recoil well. Its still very abrupt but I can fire as many as I like without getting a bruised shoulder. The only bad part with my gun is that my cheek weld is now too high for the open sights so I'm limited to using a red dot.

I have installed the Spec ops on numerous shotguns personal and customer, thoroughly tested them both before and after. The Spec ops is an incredible addition to any shotgun, it is adjustable similar to an M4 stock allowing any size shooter an excellent fit. At the same time it is claimed to reduce recoil by as much as 90%. When you can shoot a 3 1/2' magnum load through a light weight shotgun and have no recoil pain, it is doing it's job!

I recently purchased this stock for my Mossberg 500A. Installation was easy and the fit is solid and seamless. This stock functions as advertised. This stock really takes the pain out of shooting the 3 inch 00 buck I have been shooting. My only complaint is that it does somewhat block the slide release. This isn't a problem while shooting but can get in the way while unloading the firearm. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and would reccomend this stock to anyone.
