Production Quality For Fast, Accurate, Slide Enhancement

High-quality, solid-carbide slitting saw cuts accurate, great-looking, cocking serrations on hardened 1911 Auto slides without dulling. Square saw matches cocking serrations on STI, EntrZprise, McCormick, Gold Cup and Caspian slides. 15¡ angle saw cuts 1911A1 Government cocking serrations. Use 60¡ included angle saw to layout checkering lines; make French Cuts along top of slide. For best results, use with the 1911 Auto Gunsmith Plate sold elsewhere.

SPECS: Solid carbide. 1.250" (3.2cm) diameter, 1/6" (15.8mm) thick, ½" (12.7mm) arbor.Recommended feed rate for 4140 CM at 42 Rc is 4" per minute at 610 RPM. Made in U.S.A. Square - 36, tooth cut. 15° and 60° - 24 tooth cut.
