Oversized dimensions to remove the lateral play in frames and cylinders with out-of-spec notches. Thicker and longer, for precise fitting; tightens cylinder lockup and helps give correct stop timing. Gunsmith fitting is required. Models available for both current-production and Old Model (“three screw”) Ruger single actions.

A2 tool steel, heat treated. .097" (2.46mm) thick. New Model fits all current production New Model single actions, Blackhawk®, Super Blackhawk®, Bisley, Single-Six® and Vaquero®, does not fit Bearcat®. Old Model fits all Old Model (three screw) Blackhawk®, Super Blackhawk®, and Single Six® (does not fit Bearcat®).
