Makes it easy to install flush mount sling swivels professionally on all wood and synthetic stocks, even the hollow ones. Hardened steel insert correctly locates drill position so hole is straight and centered on stock. Step drill with stop collar drills the right size hole at the right depth. Installation handle ensures base is set at the correct depth with proper alignment. Use with drill press or hand drill. Includes detailed instructions. Purchase swivels separately
