EDM, wire cut, then CNC, finish machined from A-2 tool steel and hardened to Rc 48-52 so they hold a finely-stoned edge for thousands and thousands of rounds without failure. Pre-prepped hooks and sear face require only final stoning to achieve a clean, crisp trigger pull. Tactical II hammer features relieved sides and chamfered edges to reduce slide drag and clothing wear. All parts checked for proper hardness.
