Lightweight, extruded aluminum mount completely surrounds the
barrel for maximum strength, also reduces torque and stress on
the scope. Attaches solidly to the barrel with 2, 6-48 screws and
Acraglas®. Eleven cross slots help you to achieve optimum
eye relief. Rail accepts any Weaver-style ring. Models 097
and 099 fit large ring Mauser 98 military barrels. 106
fits commercial, bolt action, tapered sporter barrels. No. 1
MkIII fits SMLE models No. 1 MkIII, No. 1 MkIII*, 2A, 2A1, No.
7. No. 4 MkI fits SMLE models No. 4 MkI, No. 4 Mk1/2, No.

complete instructions. Measure barrel just forward of receiver: If
barrel measures .960" order 097 mount, for .980" barrel
order 099 mount. Bolt action Sporter barrels, order
106 mount, requires turning barrel to 1.05" diameter, for
a minimum length of 1¾" forward of the receiver. No. 1
MkIII and No. 4 MkI require removal of front and rear
sights and minor inletting of forearm.
