(Continuous Optics Platform) is a free floating, customizable monolithic upper receiver and handguard made of forged 7075-T6 aluminum in a solid piece rail that meets Mil-Spec. It has a hard coated anodized black finish, to match your rifle. The dry lube on the interior bearing surfaces offer smooth operation under any sort of conditions and also meets Mil-Spec. The upper receiver and Picatinny side rails are all laser marked for quick and accurate placement of accessories.

The C.O.P. is one of the lightest monolithic designs available and the receiver has manufactured M4 feed ramp cuts. The single upper rail is manufactured as part of the upper receiver, making it solid to help keep all optics zeroed. There are three full length 1913 picatinny rails, three full length smooth Picatinny rails and two half length smooth picatinny rails included. One full length 1913 and one full length smooth rail have a socket for a quick detachable sling mount. Also included in the kit are rail system mounting screws, barrel nut, and wrench. The C.O.P. design includes a fully enclosed dust cover pin, which is removable with the barrel in place, a forward assist, and has a dust cover already installed. Barrel assembly, bolt, bolt carrier, and the charging handle are not included. A thumb perch for improved ergonomics when gripping the magazine well with the off hand is manufactured on the left side of the receiver. The C.O.P. is made for the AR-15 Carbine and all variants.
