Mounts on carry handle. Open sight channel allows use of sights. Cross-bar supports prevent crushing. Weaver model features eight cross-slots and accepts Weaver-style rings. Picatinny version has a true, Mil-SPec 1913 Picatinny cut along its entire length and accepts Weaver or Picatinny rings.
