Low-profile hammer spur minimizes risk of snagging during carry or draw from concealment, and match-grade trigger features machined aluminum shoe with deeply serrated face and hardened stainless steel bow that’s brightly polished to minimize friction on frame. Deluxe sear is wire-EDM cut from S-7 tool steel bar stock and heat treated for maximum hardness before contact surfaces are precision ground for ultra-crisp letoff. Narrow-profile thumb safety’s deeply grooved pad is contoured for natural thumb placement to ensure quick, instinctive disengagement, yet is low enough to resist accidental release. High-ride beavertail grip safety allows a high hand position close to the bore axis for better recoil control. Raised “Posi-Release” tab at the base helps you locate your hand properly for positive safety disengagement, while hammer pocket surrounds the hammer spur when cocked to protect against hammer bite. Mainspring housing is fully machined from steel bar stock with deeply cut 30 lpi checking for a secure grip and maximum recoil control. Extended, tactical magazine release with deeply serrated face extends an extra 1/16" farther than factory release to aid in fast, positive magazine changes.
