Money-saving kit combines EOTech’s combat-proven Model 557 holographic weapon sight, 3x Magnifier, and quick-release Flip-To-Side (FTS) mount to produce a highly versatile short- and long-range sighting system for your flattop AR-15. Model 557 sight employs a ballistic matched reticle calibrated for the M4 carbine, with four vertically aligned 1 MOA aiming dots for target distances of 0-300m, 400m, 500m, and 600m. Flush-mounted control buttons on left side ensure easy, fast access with Magnifier installed. Front one-third of the base underside is elevated .275" (7mm) for clearance over delta ring and standard military-style plastic handguard; lets you mount the 557 far enough forward to provide sufficient room for the Magnifier. 3x Magnifier’s advanced optics greatly increase target recognition capability and accuracy out to 600m. The 557’s aiming dots remain 1 MOA in size, while the angular size of the target is magnified. FTS mount clamps the Magnifier securely to the receiver rail behind the 557 and allows instant transition from magnified to unmagnified operation. Hit the release lever, and the Magnifier flips to the side, out of the 557’s field of view, for close-range targeting. Ambidextrous design allows mounting with the lever and flip path on the left or right side. Remove the entire Magnifier from the FTS simply by releasing a side-locking lever. FTS is adjustable for windage and elevation, so the Magnifier can be precisely positioned to center the 557’s reticle in the Magnifier’s window without altering the zero of the 557. Sight base and FTS mount both use cross-bolt and locking bars for ultra-secure, zero-movement attachment to any MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rail. Padded, hard-shell carrying case included.
