Many customers have asked us to show which products are made in America, and we’ve begun working with our vendors to identify them. “Good Old Five-Fifty-Five” as the boys call it. This is the “secret” that master polishers use to give that mirror finish to the gun after Polish-O-Ray™ 500. For the brightest possible finishes, we recommend hard felt, followed by loose muslin for each grit as you progress through them. You can stop with any of the three grits when the desired level of finish is achieved. Suggest you experiment to find the combo and sequence you like best in your shop. Although extremely “fine”, it’s “coarser” than 555 White. Gray removes 500 P-O-R™ marks while leaving slight marks which clean up with 555 White.
