High quality, six-shot, cylinder blanks make it easy and economical to build a custom, large frame Ruger single action revolver for cowboy shooting or big game hunting. Outside diameter, as well as the timing ratchets and locking notches are pre-cut to save time and effort. Bored undersize to .375" diameter for .40/.45 caliber and larger cartridges, or .302” for .32 H&R Magnum and .357/.38, ready for you to ream the final chamber. Oversize length allows precise fitting to the factory frame for solid lockup and superior accuracy. Cylinders are available standard or with a separate, pre-fit, base pin bushing similar to 1st/2nd generation Colts. Bushing is .020" oversize in length to allow correct fitting of cylinder-to-frame by the gunsmith. Available fluted for less weight or unfluted (UF) for maximum strength.
