Machined tool steel for an exact fit, hardened for extra strength and longer service life than the stamped, factory part. Precision ground hook ensures positive contact on cartridge rim for reliable extraction every time. Use as a replacement for broken 597 extractors or as an upgrade for long, trouble-free performance. Fits .22LR, .22 Magnum, and .17 HMR.

SPECS: 01 tool steel, blued finish. Hardened to Rc 38-40. ½" (12.7mm) long, 15/64" (5.9mm) high, 5/64" (2mm) thick. Fits Remington 597 .22LR, .22 Mag, and .17 HMR.
