Wide grip safety spreads recoil out over a larger area of the hand for increased comfort. Standard Model features a flared "tail" that quickly guides hand into position and totally eliminates hammer bite on the web between the thumb and finger. High Grip Model has upswept "tail" that pushes the wrist into a straight position for faster sight pickup and recovery, and a raised pad for positive palm contact. Requires contouring frame and fitting to the trigger stirrup.
