Accurately measures the theoretical point to point of a dovetail for professional-looking, "gap-free" sight installation. Lets you make dovetail cuts within .0005". Speeds sight installation time with less chance of error and less hand filing. Takes the guesswork out of determining how wide to mill the cut. An abosolute neccessity when ordering sights to fit an existing dovetail. Includes fixture for measuring sights and two steel gauge pins for measuring existing sight dovetails.
