STI does the time consuming slide-to-frame fitting; saves valuable
shop time so you can concentrate on final assembly. CNC
machined slide, with full contact, parallel rails that are carefully
matched to the nylon and steel composite grip frame for superior
fit and reliability. All frames are non-ramped and feature checkered
front strap, triggerguard and mainspring housing. Includes
composite/titanium match trigger and complete magazine catch. All
slides feature EDM-cut breech face, lowered, scalloped ejection
port and rear cocking serrations. .38 Super Kit: Supplied
with a standard length dust cover on frame and a classic slide with
no sight cuts. .40 S&W/.45 ACP Kit: Long and wide
dust cover on frame. Unique slide is cut for Bo-Mar BMCS rear and
60° x .300" dovetail front sight.
SPECS: Frame: 4130 steel, in-the-white matte finish.
Fiber filled polymer composite, black. Slide: 4140 steel,
in-the-white, matte finish. 7.5" (19cm) long. Accepts Government
length 5" barrels and collar style reverse plugs. FFL required
for purchase.
