Brownells Gelled Shotgun Wad Solvent

It is always best to use quality ammo, however as ammo prices continue to go up, many may find inexpensive import ammo an attractive alternative. I noticed steel cased lacquer coated ammo (such as Wolff or S&B not to name names) leaves "sludge" in the chamber. Also, sealant used for the primers also builds up on the boldface and in the firing pin tunnel. This builds up over time, and can be difficult to remove. I have discovered Brownells Gelled Shotgun Wad Solvent (#083-000-018) performs magic on chambers which are fouled up by lacqured covered ammo. The Wad solvent works wonders on shotgun barrels too with very little elbow grease, barrels are looking like new again! I bought an extra bottle and put it in my police depts firearms cleaning room so other officers could try it out too.
