Brownells Expands Technical Services Team To Answer Growing Number of Gunsmithing Questions
In response to the growing interest in gunsmithing,
Brownells has assembled its largest and most experienced
technical services team ever to provide advice and answer
questions from customers of all gunsmithing skill levels.
Nathan Bardole, Tony Barnes, David Bennetts, Marc
D'Aguanno and Mark Hudson recently joined existing Brownells
gunsmiths Dean Batchelder, Dave Kaiser, Eric Kiesler and Mike
Watkins in the company's Montezuma, Iowa, headquarters.
"More people are customizing and fine-tuning their firearms,
so we have expanded our technical services staff to make sure our
customers continue to receive the high level of service and support
they expect from Brownells," said company President Frank
Brownell. "I’m proud to report that we now have nine gunsmiths
with a total of 144 years of practical experience and a depth of
knowledge that is at an all-time high for our team. Whether the
customer is a beginner or professional gunsmith, these hands-on
experts are our best source for technical support and sound
guidance on component selection, installation and problem solving.
They offer accurate information on our broad line of factory gun
parts and other products for gunsmithing and shooting."
Brownell added, "While each of our gunsmiths has areas of
specialization, all are focused on sharing information to expand
the team's total knowledge base for the benefit of our customers.
They are committed to helping Brownells provide the best service,
selection and customer satisfaction anywhere. As always, our
customers come first."

gunsmithing in 1993, Bardole has worked on all types of
gunsmithing projects, from general firearm repair to advanced
machining and refinishing. In addition to his duties at Brownells,
Bardole serves as a reserve police officer with the Williamsburg,
Iowa, Police Department.
